Clothes Minded is a (BAF) initiative that delivers clothes to halfway houses and homeless shelters here in the city of  Atlanta. We’ve been making donations to the Gateway Center for the homeless and the Trinity halfway house consistently since 2008. We’ve had a large impact on the city with help from strong community partners, sponsors, and our dedicated team. We’re currently looking for new advocates to assist the foundation in finding gently used clothing, blankets, and shoes. These items will be handed out to those who need help the most.  We will be donating to people on the street as well as people in halfway houses and homeless shelters. We can even arrange to pick up clothes from people who have items to donate but no way to transport them. Items needed for donation:

Men’s clothes - all types and sizes

Women’s clothes - all types and sizes

Children’s & baby clothes - all types and sizes

Shoes - all types and sizes, especially sneakers and walking shoes

Socks, underwear, bras, coats, jackets, sweaters, suits, ties, belts, hats, gloves

Baby items – diapers, formula, pacifiers, receiving blankets  

Blankets, linens, towels, sheets, sleeping bags Bags, backpacks, purses, luggage (especially with wheels), duffle bags, totes

Hygiene items – (New/unopened) toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, deodorant, feminine products, small bottles of bath essentials, toilet paper, first aid items
